Lovely place. I had a suite which was amazing. My colleague was given a twin bed room. Guess i got luck. Watching the sunrise every morning, wow!! Staff are very friendly and happy to help. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is breakfast or lack of decent choice/variety.Di Allen, 24 Jan 2019
Attended a party by pool side, nice setup. Food was great. The room did not have wheelchair access, the host should have got one with access...Gobi KANAPATHY, 31 Dec 2018

I didn't stay at the hotel, I popped in for help with my visa application. The hotel is right opposite the Thai Embassy. The staff were incredibly helpful, they went out of their way to help my girlfriend and I to solve our problems. They got us local sim cards and talked us through the whole process. The concierge Alam basically saved the day for us. He was very polite and respectful not to mention imcreincre helpful. If his service is a reflection of the hotel then I reccomrec them highly. He also informed me that they have an offer for customers staying to sort out visas so if you are in Kuala Lumpur for a visa run I strongly suggest staying hereChris Bonnar, 20 Feb 2019
